Travel day to Riviera Maya (please use the Cancun airport CUN for flight booking).

*** Check-in time is 3:00pm. Early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.  

Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

Upon arrival in Cancun, please completely exit the airport and you will find a Placer sign for your transfer to the hotel. Do not stop at the counters inside as they are for timeshare sales. You want to completely exit the airport. Please see your Travefy individual itinerary for full details on pickup. The company providing transfers is Amstar.

• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.

Attendees are on their own for lunch but let's try to meet up in the pool area in the afternoon to connect!

6:00 - 7:00 PM - Welcome Networking Cocktail Hour. Please join us in the La Ceiba Garden for a Cocktail Hour to kick off the week. Light appetizers and drinks will be served.

7:30 - 9:30 PM - Department Dinners. Tonight you will enjoy small group dinners with your co-workers and their significant others at one of the restaurants on property. 

For those looking for an evening nightcap, Haven Riviera Cancun offers a live show every night at the Moons Cabaret, three additional bars open until midnight, and a DJ set at Docks bar every day beginning at 7:00 pm.

Breakfast on your own. Breakfast is served daily at Flavours from 7:00-11:00 AM. If you are looking for a grab and go style breakfast, swing by Mocaccino Coffee Shop & Deli for a coffee and pastry, open daily at 6:00 AM.

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM - Placer.ai Business Meeting. Topic : State of the Union and Meet to the Founders

The meeting will be hosted in Conference Center in Ballroom M8 and this meeting is open to all attendees on the trip.

 

Today is all yours to relax and enjoy the resort.

In addition to the secluded beach just steps from the resort, Haven features two pools; the main pool has a square shape which has the most activity from our entertainment program featuring a swim-up bar conveniently located near our Docks bar. The Havens Pool features our swim-up seating Vistas pool bar with spectacular ocean views; this is the place to relax, disconnect and renew your energy.
