Things to know:

  • Passport Required: For all attendees, a valid passport that does not expire prior to your departure date from Mexico (end of the event is April 6, 2025 so please double check it is valid through then). Please note that you are responsible to understand the travel requirements to travel to and from your home country. *This is NOT the responsibility of Executive Group Travel.*
  • The hotel is located approximately 30 minutes from the Cancun airport.  You will be provided transport upon arrival and for your departure through AMSTAR.
  • Weather: For April the average temp is 83° Fahrenheit (28°C)
  • The official language in Mexico is Spanish so remember to be patient!
  • Please drink only bottled water on property!
  • We recommend all guests stay on property in the evenings for the safest experience possible.
